AMETEK PARSTAT MC Multichannel Potentiostat
The PARSTAT MC (PMC) Multichannel Potentiostat series by AMETEK Scientific Instruments is a high-performance, modular electrochemical workstation platform designed for advanced research, high-throughput testing, and scalable multi-channel measurements. The PARSTAT MC family consists of a central PMC Chassis and multiple interchangeable potentiostat modules, allowing users to configure systems with up to 20 independent channels.
Each PMC model is optimized for specific electrochemical requirements. The PMC-1000 delivers high current capability with an exceptionally wide dynamic range, the PMC-2000A supports advanced 6-wire measurements and high polarization voltages for precise impedance and electrode studies, while the PMC-200 is designed for high-throughput experimentation, integrating two potentiostats per module with fast data acquisition and high resolution.
All PARSTAT MC systems are operated via VersaStudio software, providing access to a complete suite of electrochemical techniques, including Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) up to high frequencies. The hot-swappable, user-replaceable architecture ensures flexibility, easy upgrades, and long-term scalability for evolving research needs.
